Funeral services for Gayle David Albright, 81, of Pittsburg will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 19, 2019 at Erman Smith Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Don Wisenhunt and Bro. David Kiser officiating. Interment will be Rose Hill Cemetery in Pittsburg. Mr. Albright passed away Thursday, October 17, 2019 in Mt. Pleasant.
Mr. Albright was born March 12, 1938 in Gilmer to Edgar B. and Estella M ae Prater Albright. He was a retired truckdriver and logger, veteran of the United States Army and a member of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Albright; sons, David Albright, Jr. and wife, Cheryl, Michael Albright and wife, Patricia, Doyle Gene Albright and wife Kyra, Rickie Humphrey and wife, Linicia and Ronnie Humphrey and wife, Jill; daughters, Vickie Jett and husband, Richard, Sharon Harold and Sarah Fry; numerous grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren; brothers, Thurman Albright and wife, Deloris and Alwin Albright; sisters, Dorothy Buchanan and Lu Yates and husband, Lonnie.
Preceded in death by parents; son, Billy Monteleone; son-in-law, Benard Harold; and brother, Edgar E. Albright.
A visitation will be held before the service from 9:00 a.m. until service time in the Chapel.
