James Ray Shaw

Mr. James Shaw age 76, of Pittsburg, passed away on Wednesday, January 1, 2020 at his home in Pittsburg. Mr. Shaw was born May 15, 1943 to James Earl and Mary Alice Fowler Shaw in Vivian, LA.

Mr. Shaw was a member of the First Baptist Church in Pittsburg and was a retired Service Tech for Pilgrim’s Pride.

He is survived by his loving wife, Joann Shaw, son; Jim Shaw and wife Sherry, daughter; Breanna Mc Ferran and husband Andy, grandchildren; Juliana Shaw, Brantley Womack, Ashytn Womack, Ireland McFerran, Addison McFerran, Brittany McFerran Herrell, and great-grandchild Brooks Herrell, along with two brothers; John E. Shaw and wife Mary, and Richard Shaw.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Sunday, January 5, 2020 at the Erman Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Pittsburg with burial at Macedonia Cemetery in Pittsburg. There will be a visitation held an hour before the service beginning at 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
