Aurelio Briseno-Orozco

Funeral service for Aurelio Briseno-Orozco, 46, of Pittsburg will be at 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, September 29, 2021, at Mt. Pleasant Christian Center in Mt. Pleasant with Reverend Carlos Bonarrico officiating. He will be laid to rest in Mexico alongside his mother. Arrangements are under the direction of Erman Smith Funeral Home in Pittsburg. Mr. Briseno-Orozco passed away Friday, September 24, 2021, in Longview.

Mr. Briseno-Orozco was born August 4, 1975, in San Vicente Tancuayalab, SLP, Mexico to Aurelio Briseno Lara and Rosalba Orozco Salazar. Aurelio was hard working, loving and a follower of Jesus Christ. He loved sharing the word to others. One of his favorite Bible verses was Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

He is survived by his wife, Ma. Isela Fierro Martinez; son, Ariel Alexander Briceno; Diana Briceno, Laura Yesenia Briseno Martinez, Areli Portillo and Daisy Portillo; brothers, Leonel Briseno Orozco, and Manuel Briseno Orozco; sisters Lorena Briseno Orozco, Laura Briseno Orozco, and Leticia Briseno Orozco.

Preceded in death by his mother, Rosalba Orozco Salazar.

Pallbearers will be Ariel A Briceno, Samir Zavala, Nicolas Fierro, Leonel Briseno-Orozco, Leonel Gonzalez, and Gerald Rodriguez.

Visitation will be from 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 29, 2021, at Mt. Pleasant Christian Center, 301 West 7th Street, Mt. Pleasant, TX.
