Memorial service for Mrs. Betty Johnson age 78, of Winnsboro will be held on the property at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, November 6, 2021. Mrs. Johnson passed on Wednesday September 29, 2021 at her home in Winnsboro. Mrs. Johnson was born on January 1, 1943 to William Harvie and Ollie Christine Frazier Brown in Dallas, Texas.

She was a retired secretary and bank teller, and was a member of Perryville Baptist Church in Winnsboro. She loved music and loved to dance.

Mrs. Johnson is survived by her son, Fred Walters; daughters, Anna Ward and husband Lawrence, and Christine Duke; six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren; sister, Irene Marshall; along with numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband Charles Johnson, and her parents.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
