George Wyatt Ross

A private funeral service and internment for George Wyatt Ross, 65, of Pittsburg, was held on Thursday April 30, 2020 at 10:00 AM at Rose Hill Cemetery.  Caleb Ross and Jacob Ross officiated.  Mr. Ross passed away Monday, April 27, 2020, in a Mt. Pleasant nursing home due to complications from Alzheimer's disease.  

Mr. Ross was born November 21, 1954, in Fort Sill, Oklahoma to John Gaston Ross and Rnell Strickland Ross.  Mr. Ross served six years in the United States Army. He then worked as a plant operator for Texas Utilities in Monticello from 1977-2012.

He is survived by his wife, Karma Ross; sons, Caleb Ross and Jacob Ross; brothers, Patrick Ross, Randy Ross, and Sidney Ross; sister, Deborah Blount; three grandchildren, Averie Ross, Ashtyn Ross, Jax Wyatt Ross; and many nieces and nephews. 

Mr. Ross is preceded in death by his parents, brother; John Michael Ross, and nephew P.J. Ross.

Pallbearers were Caleb Ross, Jacob Ross, Patrick Ross, Randy Ross, and Sidney Ross.
