Obituary
Funeral mass for Irma Vazquez Martinez, 85, will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, April 21, 2023, at Holy Cross Catholic Church with Father Juan Carlos officiating. Interment will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Vazquez passed away Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at her residence.
Mrs. Vazquez Martinez was born May 9, 1937, in San Juan Del Rio Durango, Mexico to Feliciano and Cristina Martinez. She was a homemaker and a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church.
Mrs. Martinez is survived by her husband, Francisco Vazquez Amaya; sons, Santos Vazquez, Aniceto Vazquez, Jose Vazquez, Valentin Vazquez, Manuel Vazquez, Francisco Vazquez; daughters Francisca Vazquez, Rufina Vazquez, and Lidia Vazquez.
She is preceded in death by her children, Lazaro Vazquez and Nicolas Vazquez and her parents.
Pallbearers will be Santos Vazquez, Aniceto Vazquez, Jose Vasquez, Manuel Vazquez, Francisco Vazquez, Alejandro Vazquez, and Francisco Vazquez, Jr.
Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. Thursday, April 20, 2023, until 9:30 a.m., Friday, April 21, 2023, at the White building across the street from Holy Cross Catholic Church.
