Katie Ann Stone

Katie Ann Stone, 36, of Pittsburg, TX passed away on March 21, 2023. Her family held a private memorial service in honor of her memory. The public is invited to join the family on March 25th between 3-5 p.m. for a time of remembrance at the Pittsburg Prayer Tower.

Katie was born on January 1, 1987, to Gregory and Tina Stone in San Diego, CA. Katie was the General Manager of the Hampton Inn located in Mt. Pleasant, TX. In her spare time, Katie enjoyed cooking, hosting holiday get togethers, spending time in her garden, caring for her pets and vacationing at the beach. Above all, her greatest joys in life were found in being a mother and grandmother. Katie is greatly loved and will be missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Wayne and Joan Belcher; and brother, Matthew Stone.

Katie is survived by her parents, Greg and Tina Stone; sons, Ethan Landers and Braylon Holloman; daughter, Kaitlynn Landers and Layla Chapin; grandson, Jacob Landers; grandparents, Thomas and Ann Stone; siblings, Christina, Daniel, Joshua, and Rachel Stone; nieces and nephews, Dmarcus, Kambri, Ariyah, and Cameron Gilstrap, and Meilani and Dominic Stone; aunts and uncles, Tom and Julie Stone, and Sue and Matthew Rowley.
