Linda (Dodson) Dees

Funeral Services for Linda “Dodson” Dees, 69, of Pittsburg, will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, February 3, 2020 at the First Baptist Church with Reverend Joel Davis and Bryan Price officiating.  Interment will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.  Mrs. Dees passed away Thursday, January 30, 2020 in Tyler.

Mrs. Dees was born September 20, 1950 in Big Spring, TX to Archie and Oleta Marie Clark Dodson.  She was retired export and import expeditor and a member of the First Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Sid Dees; sons, Chris Dees and wife, Breanna and Trey Dees and wife, Julie; daughter, Danielle Dees Madison; grandchildren, Taylan Dees, Hope Madison, C.J. Madison, Koltyn Dees, Collin Newman, Cara Newman, Adriance Rhoades and Graylin Rhoades; sisters, Floy Robinson and husband, Jerry, Joy Moore and Nancy Isbell.

Mrs. Dees is preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Raymond Dodson, Charles Dodson and Duane Dodson; and sister, Leona Roland.

Visitation will be from 12:30 p.m., to 2:00 p.m., at First Baptist Church.
