Lorna Price Obituary
Mrs. Lorna Price, age 82, of Tyler formerly of Pittsburg, went home to the loving arms of our Lord and Savior December 22, 2021 in Tyler. There she is joined by her husband of 62 years, Bryan and a host of relatives and friends. She is in no more pain and standing in the presence of our Heavenly Father. She was born April 16, 1939 to Joseph Edward Thomas and Margaret Brantley Thomas in Ft. worth, Texas.

And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
She met the love of her life, Bryan Price, while attending East Texas Baptist College and they married on March 26, 1959. She raised four boys and deserves an extra jewel in her crown in heaven! Lorna loved the Lord and supported Bryan’s 62 years of ministry, taught Sunday school, and shared the love of Christ to everyone she came in contact with. She was a perfect example of Christ in her humility, love, and caring for individuals around her.
She is survived by her four sons, Philip Price and wife Debbie of Dallas; Kevin Price and wife Chris of Broken Arrow, OK; Vance Price and wife Beth of Tyler, and Sean Price and wife Renee of Tyler, grandchildren, Keith Price, Brett Price and wife Hope, Jordan Price, Brandon Price and wife Hannah, Jacob Price, Brook Karaki and husband Craig, Hannah McMillan and husband Nathan, Olivia Marsh and husband Bobby, and Harrison Price; eight great-grandchildren; and her brother, Joseph Philip Thomas and wife Freddie of Arlington.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Bryan Price, her parents; and brothers, Waldo Thomas, Edward Thomas, Gene Thomas, and David Thomas.
Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at Leesburg Cemetery in Leesburg with Pastor David Rose officiating, there will be no visitation.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made in her memory to First Baptist Church Pittsburg, 300 Jefferson Street Pittsburg, Texas 75686.
